Hi All,I just heard back from a broker that was recommended by a realtor that:"I’ve heard back from a few lenders and none of them will allow a fix n flip without any experience .

I would suggest attending some good local meetups in the area and taking the time to network...mainly listening to seasoned investors to learn some of those options.

Charlotte’s a strong market, and starting with wholesaling while learning local regs and deal analysis is a solid path.

From the lending side, what tends to get our attention is clarity: investors who can show the numbers on their deal, highlight their exit strategy, and demonstrate they’ve thought through risk.

The best way to learn how to wholesale is to wholesale.
