Staying within a 3-hour radius of Houston gives you access to some solid rental and flip markets like San Antonio, Austin outskirts, College Station, and parts of East Texas.Fear is normal, especially on your first deal, but action is what separates learners from earners.

There are also some third-party trainers and consultants who offer paid Yardi sessions (usually aimed at companies), but you might be able to hire one for a private session if you’re really motivated.Bottom line: don’t stress too much if you can’t find an official “Yardi certification” — most companies just want you to be familiar with property management software in general and show you’re a quick learner.

While I am not 100% set on this decision, real estate (and specifically real estate investors) are currently very high on my list of interests (in competition with specific fields within the healthcare industry).I am a forever learner, and recently began taking a course specifically built to address the needs of real estate investors, and it has been going well so far.My nervousness stems from the unknown.

I've been on BiggerPockets for about 3 or 4 years, but I have never delve into all that BiggerPockets offers until this year.  You can receive a lot of experience and education hear that I paid more expensive coaching...
