Environmental idea would be to put down layers of plastic before you lay do the dirt, it may reduce lead and metals seeping down as a way to "protect the environment" in those areas.Ask people to bring their cardboards to use as target holders and have a recycling can on site as a way to upcycle and recycle cardboard and other household items?

It is generally safe ( a bit messy, granted, so lay out some plastic) but take a sheet rock knife and "neatly" cut a 2' x 2' section out of the ceiling and stick your head up to see which way the 2x4s run.
