None of this is to scare you away from doing it, because I think it is a needed service, a good thing, and can be a real cash printer, but just wanted to prep you for a potential unforeseen hurdle down the road.Lastly, always make sure that you are compliant with city/county codes and have any required licensing etc.

for the Nashville area the HUD rent is broken down by Zip Code, so there may be some areas where rents declined, but for the Zip Codes where we are, there has not been a decline this year.
