What information was available was in PRINTED form; the local MLS put out a book updated MONTHLY that contained listings, with no pictures, no hard information, just the listing brokers description of the property and the asking price.

As I said, most deals are problematic.I thought like everyone else that the fix n flip was the printing press for money, but it is not. 

The supply however is very scarce at the moment due to the tremendous value of campus homes and their potential to print $$$$.

The printing presses continue to spin the debt out of control. 

I think the biggest reason they feel quiet is because the long time users got fed up with all the repetitiveness that came in the 2021-2023 boom from all the newbies thinking they would print money in real estate, combined with very few people viewing real estate as a way to print money anymore.  

When you're staying at an STR, there's no risk of getting sick of that bold wallpaper or brightly colored sofa.
