In Saint Clair County the form is on their website. 

The people below have a lot of real estate tax information available on their websites (like Hall CPA) or on their youtube channels, or instagram accounts etc.

However, I don't think it's fair of you to automatically assume that just because I haven't responded to the forum that I haven't been back to the bigger pockets website or taken steps toward my goals of obtaining my first property.

There is limited online information about them, except that they have a C+ rating on BBB, and they do not provide an address on their website.

All 3 of the properties that bought with financing were in TN.Lennar builders also is looking for more investor buyers for their built inventory and even have an investor website, but I have not bought from them.

I look at the HUD Fair Market Rent on their website, which is the Median Rent for either the county or the zip code. 

Do they have a website with people and contact info?
