Get a small inground fiberglass pool.No above ground pool unless you have a mobile home.

The ones I'm thinking of are fiberglass or plastic, so that they won't hold moisture and mold.

Looking for options on the correct way to insulate...I could use fiberglass batting without the kraft paper but given the vapor barrier should be inside the insulation I won't really have any way to do this. 

Meaning things like tile shower or fiberglass shower, vinyl floor or tile floor.  

Some require fiberglass tanks but generally it is best to avoid oil all together.

Mostly blown in fiberglass paid for by utility rebate.
