Framer white owned white workers but sub to hispanic company to do the second story and the truss's.

I work with 4 electricians , 3 plumbers , 4 HVAC , 5 or 6 framers , if 1 is busy I use another . 

I would look at this venture as some type of vocation (I.e. plumbing, electrician, framer).

When there are multiple contractors and  sub contractors involve like a framer, painter, tile man, electrician and others.

I do some construction myself and have an extensive team of framers/ electricians/ plumbers / HVAC ect. 

I have a large historical commercial property that I am starting a rehab on and am in need of a skilled carpenter/framer.

Im currently a house framer for a company out of saint Augustine fl.

@Scott Ryne  we use incentive based pay scale as well.. one issue we are having on the west coast is sub trades.. its really really tough for many right now there simply is not enough.If I was a lead framer on the west coast I would seriously think about starting your framing company.

Someone that can take questions on BP or meet at the jobsite, ect.Im a finish carpenter and framer with weekends free so I can add alot of value if needed also.
