answers on an internet forum are not something you'll be able to rely on if something goes sideways.2. that's a tremendous amount of cash to put down. 

so I get that - i used to watch Brandon Turner's webinars about buying any property anywhere and "cash flowing."2. everyone wants to Internet everything right now and Internet tells everyone that everyone can Internet.

Just got the unit back right before finalizing the eviction to discover that they had been scamming multiple TV/internet providers for the free 3 month sign on period and then switching to the next as there are about 6 different companies boxes that I have to sort through and return as occasionally they stick the bills for equipment with the landlord in our area.
