Lots of bad press on turn key, but "sanity" is a currency; turn key with the right team in the right location is about as passive as you can get in the RE world, the problem is finding the right partners--this is my niche, I pair leverage strategies with turn key--send a message & I can introduce you to some fantastic partners pending your location interests
