Hello all,I just wanted to reach out to the local area and introduce myself and invite others from the area to do the same.

For education, Biggerpockets has a lot of information and there are also many books that can introduce you to the general flipping process and numbers associated with it.As far as networking, attend local meetups and join investor Facebook groups to connect with other investors in your area. 

Lots of bad press on turn key, but "sanity" is a currency; turn key with the right team in the right location is about as passive as you can get in the RE world, the problem is finding the right partners--this is my niche, I pair leverage strategies with turn key--send a message & I can introduce you to some fantastic partners pending your location interests 

My main purpose in posting this is to just introduce myself to fellow investors in the area (I live in the SE CT area, looking to invest/live in the central CT area) and seek connections and resources to learn as much as I can about real estate investing in general as well as grow my network in the area. 

But it's a great start to get you introduced to the investing perspective of real estate! 

Start by building trust introduce yourself, be responsive, and show you care about maintaining the property.
