Unless you’re your strategy is using the BRRRR system, DSCR loans don’t make unless you are maxed on residential loans. 

The problem with that piece of the puzzle is that they get their profit before you exit the loan. 

I use Rocket Mortgage on my full doc loans and haven't had any bad experiences.
