Hey @Lars Hartvig Kristiansen, in my experience, your best team comes from one rock-solid connection, not trying to build everything at once.

But the reality many hosts learn later is that your results are mostly determined before your first guest ever arrives.The true make-or-break factor is the market and regulation environment.This part is rarely talked about loudly because it is not exciting.

The landscaping company broke the sliding glass door to one of my condo units because a rock was ejected from the mower.

I had one guy kept complaining, I recarpeted the hall stairs, put a slow closer on the door and he still complained that the upstairs neighbor walked too loud on rugs.

Also depends if they will let you do Conexes and also if they will let you do rock roads or has to be concrete.
