Most are offering around 65–70% LTV, 8.25–9% fixed rates, and want at least a 1.1–1.2 DSCR.On my Central Valley rental, I’d be sitting roughly at a 1.03–1.05 DSCR if I pulled the full $200K, so I’m planning to dial the loan down closer to $175K to leave a small buffer.
