There are other hot markets worth considering as well, but the right choice really depends on your budget, timeline, and how hands-on you want to be.Whether partnership is the right path depends on whether you want to stay hands-off long-term or only while you learn, and whether you’re comfortable splitting profits with a partner. For new investors or investors entering a new market, it’s important to validate your numbers with people who work in that segment every day.
