I believe Airbnb has coverage for revenue loss, so if tenants stop paying Airbnb should cover the loss (have to check that with Airbnb).

I would say 7/10 times they are cheaper than what the borrower is being quoted else where, many times with superior coverage.

When the eventual defect arises and they find out they made a huge mistake in declining owners coverage, they raise holy hell.No, what I am talking about is a quick, non committal search to see if the property is worth pursuing.
