I'm actually starting to believe him that he was swindled by his partner.

I came around instead to the conclusion he was trying to swindle me out of my life savings and thankfully I kept my money where it was in the stock market.The CBC secretly sent a reporter with a hidden camera to a RDPD seminar in Canada and you can come to your own conclusion about whether these seminars are a good deal or not. 

I know many real estate cons who swindled millions from people and not only have they avoided jail but avoided everything. they get a judgment against them that they just ignore and move assets to someone else as an accomplice. 

It's a great opportunity to be here and one thing that brought me to this community is the idea that we will not swindle grandma but we want everyone to benefit from our deal.

Also why does everyone assume wholesalers are a bunch of broke unethical cheats trying to swindle home owners.

Sometimes I wonder if we wouldn't be better served if we just went with a survival of the fittest concept.Yes there are some fast talkers out there that swindled people into bad loans, etc, but in the end, the borrower signed the documents.

Bad news.... more people can possibly swindled unfortunately IMHO, the good news is more investor's will have the opportunity to take chances with money earning 2 interest.
