Just be ready to filter through the noise.Craigslist – Old school, but still works in DFW.MLS via a Realtor/PM – If you want it max exposed to all agents with tenant clients, having it in the MLS is the quickest way to get showings.Also, make sure your photos are top notch — day-to-dusk or bright, clear photos can make a huge difference in speed.
