Hi everyone,

My name is Clarence, and I’m based in Metro Detroit. I’m currently preparing for my Michigan real estate license and in the early stages of building my own real estate company. My long-term goal is to focus on rental properties, using strategies like BRRRR, while continuing to learn as much as I can along the way.

Right now, I’m focused on building knowledge, growing my network, and connecting with other investors who have experience in the Detroit market. I’d love to hear from those of you who have worked in this area—what strategies have you found most effective here, and what lessons have you learned?
