The information was not presented in handout format, but on a screen, so notes had to be taken throughout the weekend so that was disappointing as it was hard to scribble info down quickly and also understand what was important/unimportant.

Newbies to BP, some of us are paying it back so to speak, it's because we love the business, the industry, don't get that confused with value to you since you're probably not in a position to evaluate the value of advice, if you were, you probably wouldn't ask the question LOL.I've made more in consultation than most will ever make on their first deal or in 10 deals, just because I don't have my hand out doesn't mean you're getting poor advice, did your parents charge you to raise you?

You will also have to know if your TOT permit is transferable, or if the new owner will have to re-apply, this differs by County.Also have a thorough P&L to hand out, it is always so appreciated for buyers to get the whole picture.
