The paradox is that the folks that do are the experienced, successful investors, that have money and don't need to wholesale.Wholesaling also has the stigma of being grimy.

When it comes to rentals, many landlords focus on updating the kitchen, but the bathroom is just as important.

If you go through the trouble of running numbers on a house, make the offer that makes sense to your strategy.
