All eviction has to be done online.

Looking around online, it seems many have touched on the following options in their situations:1.

I am going to start managing my own investment property and after doing a little reasearch online, I found Avail. 

I use buildium, it is on the cheaper side of the online platforms that help you coordinate all stuff within one place from request for maintenance and other stuff like emails to tenants.  

I was online searching for a home address --seems to be difficult to find him. 

Obviously the cash flow following an ADU conversion is much better, but I would only take that step if you are zoned properly and have the funds.I do rent 3 storage units online, and they have been doing great over the last 5 years.

@Marysue Connelly, if you want your home to be sold at a good price, I recommend touching it up to make it presentable online and in person.

Hey @Drew Phebus, I recommend QuickBooks Online if you have a little bit of volume deal/rental-wise.

We had reached a point in our portfolio size where spreadsheet tracking and then filing taxes became too heavy of a lift for everyone and the cost of doing our tax return was getting hefty as well.That said, has anyone had any success figuring out how to link property loans from bank online portal successfully into your Quickbooks?
