MyRental by CoreLogic is another reputable platform.That said, the real gold is in pairing the credit/background check with income verification from the source—not just a paystub or PDF.

You're better off trying to source money separately and then having a much greater selection of properties at much better prices.

Most of our rentals are in lower to moderate income areas, which believe it or not, are somewhat bandit sign friendly...especially when the sign is clearly in your yard, and not on the street.With this being said - I'm thinking about putting ""We pay cash for houses" signs at some of our rental properties, as additional lead source. 

I have zero experience in real-estate, but I do not want to have a 9-5 be my main source of income.

Have you actually sourced any deals from this group, or is like the other facebook groups in this area where it is basically agents putting up their MLS listings and random individuals peddling wholesale deals that are not even worth considering?
