rom Brokerage to Boots-On-the-Ground Investor–Excited to Build with the BP Community
Hey everyone – I’m Stash Geleszinski, based in Cincinnati, OH.
After over a decade in commercial brokerage—most recently as a Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield—I’ve gone all-in on investing and operating. I focus on repositioning multifamily, infill development, and modular short-term rentals, with a deep interest in design, community impact, and long-term wealth creation.
I recently completed a full gut renovation of a 6-unit in Camp Washington (Opportunity Zone, 1031 exchange, all-in hold strategy) and am actively sourcing off-market deals through my company, Venture Real Estate Capital. I also co-founded a proptech startup called nëdl Ai, focused on predictive analytics for off-market multifamily.
A few ways I’m looking to connect here:
-
Collaborate with other operators, lenders, and developers
-
Share lessons from brokerage, investing, and running deals hands-on
-
Learn from those ahead of me on the development and scaling curve
Always down to trade stories, deal ideas, or war wounds from old buildings and new spreadsheets. Looking forward to building relationships here.
Cheers,
Stash

Hey @Stasiu Geleszinski, nice seeing another operator here in Cincinnati who's taking on projects like the one you described.
I’ve been running our property management company, True Home Ohio Property Management, for about 10 years now. We have experience managing some rentals around Camp Washington, so I know the kind of work that goes into pulling off a big project like that. Also the risks that you take on when doing so.
What do your numbers look like on that property? What are you getting or projecting to get in rent?
