1) I’d remove all items under $100 and the landscaping/vegetation items.

I grow my own vegetables, I recycle rainwater, my house I got solar all my light fixtures are on timers and use LED.

That is natural vegetation and looks nice as long as its not poison ivy.  

I had learned how to sell options, how to remodel my house, how  to day trade, how to start a self directed ira, I started a Physical Therapy clinic, mined bitcoin, made a few websites, I think I may have even learned how to raise chickens/honeybees/ and grow organic vegetables. 

You will not have any mountain views, you will not have much of anything other than a plot of semi-arid grassland with some tough vegetation.

@Frankie Torres I haven't looked at the laws intensely but my understanding is that a fence would be legal in every state similar to how you can fence off an area for a dog kennel or vegetable garden.
