Do you invest in Myrtle Beach or throughout SC?

I'm new here and my hometown of Vero Beach, FL, is kind of expensive.

. - Since my 'niche' is short-term rentals my data points might be a little skewed but I'd guesstimate that half of the investors I work with are from out of state and the rest are from further regions of Oregon seeking a beach home that can usually also be an STR.

The beach is always a good bet for long term appreciation and still has properties that need updating, just a higher entry price.

I have STRs in mission beach and pt Loma.  

Last year we helped eight buyers acquire exceptional coastal STR's in; Brookings, Gold Beach, Bandon, Manzanita, Arch Cape and Yachats, with two in 2025 under contract in Seaside and Rockaway Beach.

Appreciate the insight,Lucas Tier 4 is mission beach and is the only license that has hit the quota.  

It's a beach house!

Frankly any area can be a great STR area if you buy the property great and there is a big draw.You can't go wrong with a lake front, beach front (or near), major skiing or high mountain getaways.
