The area has a lot of giant sequoias including one of the biggest in the world, a nice river, a cute little town, and I know a very competent (understatement) co-host that serves that area.- it is near turn key.  

Unfortunately it’s still a better deal to not buy one and just pay rent as expensive as it is and as cool as it would be to own a giant sailboat in the Bahamas.

I don't appreciate these giant real estate personalities or influencers/motivators because it's stupid and unethical for people with kids and families of limited circumstances to be told they have a good probability of owning a "thousand doors."

D.C. has, and always will have, a giant vagrant tenancy base as well as assorted tourism.

Sure, you can get that 0% for 30, 90, heck maybe 180 days BUT it comes with the GIANT shark-teeth of if not paid off in full by the time the clock runs out WHAM your nailed with the 28% interest charge from day 1.....

You are being fed messages to think a certain way, problem solve a certain way, work a certain way, exist a certain way as a cog in a wheel of a giant machine.

They can't lose even if the syndication is a giant failure.I also looked into commercial real estate around 2021 or 2022.
