Like some newbie wholesaler who didn't know how to run numbers and didn't have the right buyers to execute on the contract.Because if that happened, and they lied just to get a contract..Chances are she could've had a horrible life experience.What if the wholesaler didn't close on day 45 and now she's stuck paying for two houses instead of one?
