I think there is something to what you say but not its not that black and white.I would rather run 100 POH in a Class A or B in a hot market than 100 TOH in a Class C or D in the middle of nowhere in terms of management.But I would rather run 100 TOH in a Class A or B in a desirable area, because thats what people are talking about when they say the management and vacancy is extremely low.

The market is changing – not in a bad way, just in a way that requires a smarter, more strategic approach.

Holding a tax advantaged asset like real estate in a retirement account limits benefits you can receive. 

Any benefits to doing so or is it smarter to start in a house to have a monthly payment going towards equity?

I suspect you'll have to look at Florida real estate in a similar way.
