Is this agency legit?

It is suggested that  "Small" landlords use a collection agency, who will report the non-paying tenants to the credit bureaus.   

I just came across these posts looking for information on international investing, creative financing and working as a home based estate agency in the UK.

That's why I always recommend working with an independent agency that works with multiple carriers.

Also important to clarify, if borrower fails to make payments creditors can still report to credit reporting agencies.

I would rather negotiate my own deal with the owner or the owner's agent when I buy and would rather pay the MLS listing service and get the title agency to provide the paperwork for a FSBO listing.

@James Mc Ree  The letter specifically says he needs them but the question would be is it legal for the agency to request them?
