As an agent/broker I dont engage in dual agency.

Which collection agencies are most aggressive in collecting back rent against tenants who live in North Carolina?

In my several years of buying property, I haven't signed any Buyer's Agency Agreements, except for starting in 2022 where I signed a BAA specific to that property.

My plan is to hire a property management agency to get me my tenants and then I'll take over. 

Also, in a mainstream asset class like value-added multifamily, I see no reason to take a risk on a sponsor that doesn't have full real estate cycle experience or that lost anything more than a small amount of money (and prefer no money lost).

It is suggested that  "Small" landlords use a collection agency, who will report the non-paying tenants to the credit bureaus.
