There's no draft ordinance yet, but some highlights from the meetings:-- There's majority support for a cap on future short-term rentals.-- Cap specifics don't exist, but many think it should be around 1,100, the total of licensed and unlicensed STRs currently.The way Park County is so understaffed, I suspect it will be months if not longer before something passes, but it's something to watch.

Cashflow neutral in some cases is ok, but I recommend starting with a solid base hit, get some passive income, in a home in a boring area with jobs, schools, low crime and has had major systems updated recently or new (AC, Furnace, Water Heater, Roof).
