It elevates your mindset, helps you break limiting beliefs, and equips you to live a more intentional, fulfilling life.

What the wholesaler earns should not be their concern.This mindset of counting money in someone else’s pocket is not only misguided, but also a fundamentally unfair and counterproductive approach to doing business.

I agree that average Joe is at a significant disadvantage, I still feel that your beliefs are too far out there and can benefit from more self-study (or debate with more informed folks outside of a REI forum).  

I know I am not alone in belief in our second amendment.

My opinion and belief about it is if you don't have the intelligence or drive to figure it out on your own then it is probably not something you should get involved with.

This is more of a self belief thing my friend.

There's an acceptance amongst most real estate investors that liability events will occur and so much focus is placed on preparing for that liability event whether it's the belief an LLC or Insurance will provide the necessary protection.  

After listening to different podcasts on the subject for a while, I finally decided to enrol in a masterclass with Brandon, which I belief will enhance my knowledge and skills in flipping properties.

It is our belief that if Joe had actually walked the property and understood it’s story, his commentary would be different.
