This was an MLS listing needing major work located in a popular area walkable to downtown Towson.

It appears that being underwater is not actually a popular reason to stop paying, and not that many people did it even during the great financial crisis.

In my area, these buildings are becoming much more popular as the city allows a lot of variances when building them.Most of the buildings I've seen are not medical, but generic retail.

Hi everyone,I live in California and I'm considering investing in real estate in Shreveport, Louisiana, especially since there's been recent news about the popular musician 50 Cent investing heavily in the city.

A bigger factor is local supply and demand which has to do with the popularity of an area and how it might change. 

I am actively speaking to a few sellers and will keep you posted if that need should arise. 

Maybe, there is a law that buyers still have recourse on sellers for issues that arise, even if no inspection is performed. 

So the summer has activities such as moutain biking and hiking and what not but its not too popular. we plan on reopening the business to summer activities.
