We have an SEC attorney that focused solely on doing PPM's, and work with a different attorney for entity creation, contract negotiations and closing help. 

The world runs not only on debt but on debt CREATION.

The value creation came entirely from the entitlement and construction process.

Can anyone share their expertise when it comes to the home insurance, creation of a land trust, or other general advice?

What laws would hinder the creation of apartments where residents are required to own and open carry firearms .
