So I am trying to figure out if it's actually possible to get into Commercial REI (apartments) with bad credit & only about $3,000.I've seen so many mixed answers like "Commercial is easier and it's a great idea"to "you have to have good personal credit, or experience in REI, or a good amount of money (like 3-5% of the purchase price) to make it happen."

I just spent a couple of months getting ready for the Baltimore city tax sale so maybe the algorithm just picked that up, or maybe everyone is seeing more ads.To  answer your question tax sale is oversold and over promoted.

Anyway, I don't have money for a lawyer (and I'm not sure what a lawyer would be able to do for me anyway).Does anyone have any experience with this and know who I need to contact to make sure that I can get questions answered and violations that don't exist removed?
