we use post office for a virtual address, of course they do not have conference rooms, but not sure they need to be one in the same, I would look into some co-working space or speak to some real estaet agents etc and see if you can use their space.

If you’re renting spaces with utilities hookups to people who own their own mobile homes, that’s an investment. 

Cold calling, meanwhile, creates space for real conversations and building trust.

If you find an agent who is an investor and has been in that space for a few years they are well connected and know all of the other resources you may need along the way.

You will probably get this at a local bank or credit union if you have other assets invested with them, but not in the hard money/non-qm lending space.
