People can also pay to be premium searcher to see the free listings as well.Loopnet is a part of Costar and they have gotten crazy with their rates now.I remember the days a few years ago when premium searcher with 4 listings was 69.95.

I have consider being a title searcher but want to know if there were better options I may be over looking.

That probably never happens, since I've been trained in title work by an attorney and his title searchers, I wanted to see the record for myself, especially since this had not come up in all the previous sales at this subdivision.

We use Uber drivers as property searchers all the time so doing DoorDash gives you the chance to look for homes in need or repair.

But, I know this all takes a lot of time and I want to make sure that I really understand the market and everything investing encompasses.I am trying to learn all that I can through books, podcasts, youtube videos, my own searchers, talking to people in the industry and attending seminars, but I am still new to this world.What thoughts do you guys have?

I am not an expert, but I believe the key is to think like a searcher.  

., and that price is whatever they removed the listing at- regardless of whether it was negotiated down or reduced offline, if they did not enter it.Now, as an active watcher of Zillow (and searcher of craigslist) I know how long a specific apartment has stayed on, I can see when and if there was a price change and if I save the property it will always be reviewable even if it rents and is taken off.

I have not found any on the MLS that look good on paper so maybe you're a better searcher than I am!
