If I worked a true full time+ job where I couldn't pull my phone out or take a call whenever I please then I would gladly farm it out, but since I usually can I will gladly pay myself $60-100/hour to self manage from a smart phone

I complained but was explained I'm not the "bill to" party, so they don't have to notify me.Nowadays, everything is online, so all I have to do is log into my account, download the online bills and forward a copy to my tenant via email or by smart phone, all done in a minute.

:) By the time I got the voicemail and called him back, one of them had managed to brave the dark basement and flip the breaker back on....Tell them to install a flashlight app on their smart phone for the next time the power goes off in the dark ;)
