However one does need to pick the right manager and I do think they need to also buy the best property they can.. many investor bring pain to themselves by buying lower end properties and thinking the PM is going to be able to manage them like they are A class.. the renter class in the US can be quite difficult to manage given their 1 financial upset from missing rent.
