Kind of hard to tell them to match or I go to the other bank when they are getting messages from the seller and escrow daily that we need to close ASAP.I can't actually push it off for too long since I don't know when the second bank will close and we removed contingencies a month ago.Signed with the first lender and had to swallow the points.Learned some interesting lessons along the way.

These agencies began calling me non-stop, demanding I fix the heater immediately and provide the tenant with hotel accommodations during the repair period—or else I’d be issued tickets and face daily fines.I won’t go into detail about how I feel, but anyone in my situation would feel like they just swallowed a bitter pill.

Kudos for taking your lessons and not letting bitterness swallow you up. 

This is a hard pill to swallow, but one that makes sense due to the higher risk of this being my "first deal". 

It may be a tough pill to swallow if you feel you’re totally right, but you may be surprised at the LEGAL opinion rendered by counsel.

@Roy Kinzer Rent control in NJ can be a tough pill to swallow and unfortunately has caused many of my deals to fall apart quickly once buyers/future landlords realize how strict the controls can be.

It was kinda pricey so I swallowed the bullet with a property manager to avoid headaches.  

I know MLS listings aren't guaranteed accurate, but getting the acreage, city and zip code wrong is hard to swallow as an honest mistake.We have a financing contingency, so if it doesn't appraise for the contract amount due to the lower acreage and different city/zip, we can renegotiate purchase price.

But it sounds like we'll have to swallow our pride and take your advice and contact a few real estate agencies.
