Want a pool, most complexes have on, landscaping included, many also pay for water and internet/tv and insurance, tiki bars, coffee shops.

All those companies advertising on TV with cash offers are hard to compete with.   

They don't even have to make a trip to the bank to back out, they do it reclining in a living room sofa chair, anytime the mood strikes as easy as clicking a TV remote.Second, what good are holding deposits, if there is no penalty for backing out of them.   

A massive TV (like 65" minimum.) 

On TV it only takes an hour to go from trashed out to beautiful.
