You know the typical signs to look for over grown grass, tons of newspapers sitting in the driveway, weeds growing over windows, just signs that scream my owners don't care about me, one house even had a few meteor sized holes in the roof.

This doesn’t really screamed motivated.

JP  and for that reason I never got started in buying foreclosures in that state.. not sure how many upset bids are put in but it seem like a lot of start and stop. if it went for a screaming deal I can see upset bids all the time.

I first must apologize for screaming at all of you in the title but if you have any experience or can relate to the title at all you know why I am frustrated. 

This screams opportunity to me.

From day one the tenant has screamed at me over the phone that the repairs are insufficient. every time I make a repair he comes up with a new issue.

I moved most to vanguard to at least get out of a bank. 3% is better than .5  Not a lot of screaming deals out there for me to buy anymore.
