I'll simplify...I invest in stocks, hold gold, have some bitcoin. 

I plan on being a Billionaire and in the book, Craig mentioned that one of the people who house hack do it so that they can have income while they work at startup companies where they won't get paid, but have the potential to blow up big time and that struck a chord with me, so I'm working on doing something similar to that.I'm here because I want to network/connect with people who have the same mindset as me and hopefully learn something new. 

Buy as much bitcoin as you can.

On paper i lost money driving Uber & bit coin mining. 

And that's true even for gold or bitcoin or any other so called store of value.

We had someone do that under the guise of bitcoin and the seller turned the guy into the FBI. 

I see it as a bitcoin experiment where they collect millions in rent on the 1st from 10,000 owners, then go bankrupt on the 2nd and shut down the business and move back to the beach. 

I just got home from a high-end a East Coast seminar where I counted at least 3 Billionaires.

Without a billionaire owner vested in the City, I don't see the decision being reversed to serve the greater good (of the City vs. the city.)I'm thinking the way you are that the local area will get worse before it gets better.
