I think he's just an AI hype-man, pumping it up to raise money for his company and make money for himself, which has worked because he's a billionaire.

i know it's Bitcoin AI Internet automated everything out there right now but... 

I hear great things about the opportunities in Bitcoin long term.

Nowadays-  those lots are hard to find for $100-150K and shovel ready (those with utilities in place) can often ask $250K+ in prime areas with ocean views or access and they are increasingly few and far between and sell FAST - because they are worth at least a bitcoin or two..There are a lot of drivers of PNW coastal appreciation including; societal and environmental refuge and retreat,  generational wealth transfer, demand growth, invest-ability and maybe most importantly - location.

What are your risk adjusted returns in bitcoin or SPY ETF? 

The real real estate billionaires aren't doing that stuff, fyi. 

Look up Gold has taken the lead, Bitcoin has 8-9x the SP since Covid.

The Billionaire class in America has seen their wealth increase from $4TRILLION to $7TRILLION during the past four years -  or the equivalent share of 50% of the bottom least affluent Americans.

We are not Billionaires, so ask one.
