Just an example.Saying that all strategies will fall into place when you really understand the basics, you absolutely do not need boot camps or a library of books or tapes.I'm a quarter of a million bucks richer because I know how to read a legal description and can subdivide parcels from an existing description, I'd say the proper use of deeds was key in orchestrating transactions, conveying property and perfecting a security interest which saved millions in losses.If you really don't understand the basics you really aren't in business you're carrying out acts and functions operating as a technician or as a machinist would for a pay check.
