I know its a bit scary but fear is just because of the unknowns .. educate yourself and learn from others mistakes .. then jump into the deep end of the pool and start doing the doggie paddle .. another great way to start is learning how to wholesale properly..

I am just concerned members and visitors of BP will see GC, watch his videos, believe in his pitch, lay down tens of thousands of dollars (which most don't have) and be left up sh--ts creek without a paddle.

And what is the mix of guests (couples, entire families with kids, grandparents, parent visiting college students, hikers/water sports, college football fans) maybe theme it to what people think of when they go there or provide things that would enhance their stay (paddle boards, video games, theater room, kayaks, really cool beds that have slides etc).

The behavioral people call it 'Loss Aversion' and we often find ourselves paddling down that big river in Egypt because if we don't sell out of that bad investment we can delude ourselves (and hopefully our friends) into thinking we haven't lost money... but it's already gone and all that's left is the crying.
