We realize that we can fine tune and peal off most of our work loadIts like trying to get past the break when your surfing.... you can paddle your *** off or you can take the rip tide and be out waiting for waves in minutes.

I know its a bit scary but fear is just because of the unknowns .. educate yourself and learn from others mistakes .. then jump into the deep end of the pool and start doing the doggie paddle .. another great way to start is learning how to wholesale properly..

First, I want to point out the quality of these pics… I’ve done game rooms, movie room with projectors and popcorn machine, coastal properties we added cruising bikes and paddle boards, there’s a never ending list of additions you can add.
