For the best SEO results, you want to make sure your target keywords are in the domain while keeping it short.That being said you can use https://www.whois.net/ to look up the owner and contact info of any domain.

With a little SEO, content, and imagery, you can quickly build a site to rival the big advertisers when it comes to showcasing your house!

I have a lead gen website, and an SEO guy, I only pay about 1000 per month on Google Adwords, I haven't seen a lot of Success from it, I think we have done 1 deal from it in like 5 months.I have a system with HUD HOMES an TARGET ThoseWe brown MLS listings and put in 20 offers per week there.This is what I do, but looking for more way to be more efficient and get my costs down with more leads.  

Consider hiring the VAs to handle cold calling, freeing up your schedule to interact exclusively with motivated sellers in real-time, and look at other channels like direct mail, text, SEO, and boots on the ground networking.
