I had hoped that a Planet Fitness would move into the space, but they ended up going about a half mile up the street, funny you should mention dollar general, they demolished their old location here and moved it about 5 miles away (closer to the building I am talking about).

In total, the TARP expenditures (between banks, other institutions and toxic asset purchases) were just over $600B.Of that $600B, over $425B has already been recouped (repayments, dividends, interest, etc).So, you're numbers are RIDICULOUSLY off, and the idea of giving everyone $10K to fix the economy just doesn't make sense (at least not to me).

It's pretty resilient, and hangs on, but it's up and down.I know it looks great from Boston,  (it's only 2.5 to 3 hours north) but it might as well be on another planet in every way.
