Others have already made this point but I'll just reinforce how important it is that you present something very organized, professional, and concise.Not trying to be the grammar police here but the way your original post is written is a perfect example of how not to present information to your investors.Remember that you are investing their hard earned money, and you should respect that money by understanding yourself where every single penny is going, when the money needs to be deployed, and how that money will be returned.

I was stating it as being the cause of my weakness in math, spelling, grammar, and in paying attention to set timed appointments as well as boring paper document details that if missed might land me in legal trouble ~ hence my apprehension about the finer details in "assigning the contract".
