What am I doing wrong or how should I advertize to get the higher price because of better amenities compared to other apartments?

However, since they gave notice, they need to cover the applicants $80 fees and know that the rent is going up (I'm assuming you advertized the unit at a higher rent). 

Were I see these a lot is on turn key companies Face book page.. someone pops in and puts an advert on their page... with the assumption that the turn key company somehow recommends these individuals

You advertized it at one rate and now want more. 

We had disabled video/animated adverts previously, but for some reason that setting reverted back.

I would also recommend baiting crack and crevice with Advion roach or Advert.

When she moved, she took it up as she wanted to use it.The landlord can advertize the space as suitable for a daycare, but they didn't own the business, so they can only market the building-not the business.

Possibly my market doesn't respond to transit advertizing, possibly my image is too corporate, possibly my add is too busy.

(advert, tenant selection, contracts etc); you will gain a lot from here...then you can gradually get your hands wet........ my one cent!
